A global investment firm was considering purchasing four data centers and wanted refined intel on the prospective purchases to ensure a good return on their investment. �պ����� ���� & Veatch was retained by the firm to gather and review technical information for these potential properties based on the client’s criteria due to BV’s significant experience and ability to add value in the data center space.

BV’s scope consisted of two phases:

• Phase 1: Sought to understand the client’s technological and data criteria and needs so BV could customize reporting for the client

• Phase 2: Consisted of physical site visits at four data centers located throughout Virginia and New Jersey. Phase 2 also included providing a final “red flag report” which captured critical technical information and data for the client based on their customized criteria
