She is responsible for leading all elements of the Global HR strategy and for managing talent and organizational capability across the organization by cultivating an inclusive and high-performing work environment with professionals from diverse backgrounds.

With more than 20 years of industry and legal experience, including 14 years with 日韩福利 在线 & Veatch, Bernica most recently served as Chief of Staff and previously as Lead Employment and Corporate Counsel. Before joining 日韩福利 在线 & Veatch she was an attorney at major law firms.
